I am cutting out ALL refined sugar, drinking only water and coffee, and doing Intermittent Fasting. I started on 12:12.

This week is Thanksgiving feast time. It will be interesting to see how much damage I do in a week!

ReplyDeleteI haven't really cut anything out, but I'm actively making better decisions. Also, my appetite is nothing like it used to be. A buffet is wasted on me anymore.
Whatever the reason, I'm steadily losing weight and I'm at my lowest in probably 15 years.
Mind you, I'm eating Key Lime pie with my coffee this morning...
17.8 pounds in the first month 8/15 - 9/12 and I am in the groove.
