Two weeks ago, around August 1st, my KDP account was suspended and my titles delisted with no explanation. I have not received any emails explaining why or how to get my account reinstated. No Case number. Nothing.
I have checked my spam, junk, trash, and All mail folders daily. I have verified that the email is working. I even received unrelated emails from Amazon.
Using the contact form, I have communicated daily with them. No replies.
Today, I received a notice from ACX/Audible that said if my KDP Account is not reinstated in 10 days, my ACX/Audible Account will also be terminated.
I am beyond frustrated at the total lack of communication from KDP Support. This post is a shot in the dark, hoping it can find someone who can help me.
I stand ready and willing to fix any and all errors on my part, if I knew what they were.

---UPDATE: After 102 days my account was reinstated. The dumb thing is by then I had republished everything in eBook, Paperback, Hardback, and Audio editions. Oh well. Back to work!
Watching. Nothing else I can do. Hope this doesn't turn into a lesson for other authors, at your expense.
